5 Day Notice, If the tenant fails to abide by the rules of the lease and defaults in any way, we can issue and serve to the tenant a 5 Day Notice. The tenant must correct the default within the 5 day period, or eviction proceeds may begin. In order to use this 5 Day Notice, reference to the 5 Day must be included in your lease agreement, or a 30 Day Notice must be given.
